  • Strategic Planning/Thinking
  • Proven ability to interact with and provide creative solutions for customers and clients.  
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of experience, advanced degree preferred

 

The purpose of your role as a Vice President + General Manager

Provide overall management direction for the Construction division of Harris, Phoenix, by formulating and implementing plans and policies to achieve overall company objectives, ensure profitability, maximize operating results, ensure profitable growth, and fulfill Harris' commitment to the community. Actively develop talent to ensure team succession and create a Destination Workplace culture. Support and drive corporate initiatives as assigned.
