What we're looking for in you

  • Must be a current student working toward degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry and project management
  • Ability to read and comprehend construction documents
  • Demonstrated proficiency of math and analytical skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication while working in a team environment


Your role as a Project Manager + Estimator Intern

Our mission is to provide college students with on the job experience and knowledge of the construction process. As a Project Manager + Estimator intern you will be given hands on opportunities to turn classroom lessons into real life skills in the construction industry. This internship will focus on estimating, which is a critical skill in Project Management.

  • Gain on the job experience and knowledge of the construction process, with a focus on Estimating
  • Get a realistic job preview of the Project Manager role, and explore other career opportunities within the Construction team
  • Gain hands on experience working alongside our Estimating team on construction projects
  • Get exposure to other departments and learn how your role impacts the business as a whole
  • Translate concepts learned in the classroom to real world experiences
